How to Navigate the Knowledge Base section:
Knowledge base articles are a self-serve library of FAQs, Quick Reference Guides, Troubleshooting Guides, etc.
On the solutions page of the Help Desk Portal, there Help Topics. Within each Help Topic there are related FAQs, Quick Reference Guides, and/or Troubleshooting Guides.
Each Topic has at least one sub-topic (folder). Articles are listed under the sub-topic. To view article click on article heading.
